Abstract
This research examines the moderating influence of organizational culture, leadership effectiveness, and employee readiness on the relationship between AI integration and workforce performance outcomes. Utilizing survey-based secondary data from 342 organizations across manufacturing, financial services, and healthcare sectors, the study employs hierarchical regression and moderated path analysis to evaluate these contextual factors. The findings demonstrate that organizational culture exhibits the strongest moderating effect (ΔR² = 0.127, p < 0.001), followed by leadership support (β = 0.341, p < 0.01), while employee readiness significantly amplifies performance gains (β = 0.286, p < 0.05). Organizations characterized by innovation-oriented cultures and transformational leadership approaches achieved performance improvements approximately 42% greater than those with traditional hierarchical structures. The results underscore the critical importance of human and organizational factors in determining AI implementation success and provide actionable insights for change management strategies.
